1. Overview

We aim to acknowledge all valid DMCA notices within 3 business days and to act on valid notices within 10 business days of receipt.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content was removed from ToolsnCraft as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its location before it was removed.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

5. Repeat Infringement Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, ToolsnCraft maintains a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. Any user who repeatedly submits content that infringes third-party copyrights may have their access to ToolsnCraft suspended or permanently revoked.
