AI Study Planner

What is the AI Study Planner?

The AI Study Planner is a free tool that creates a personalised, day-by-day study schedule tailored to your subjects, exam date, and available time. Enter your subjects, how many hours you can study each day, and your preferred style — AI intelligently distributes your workload across the available days, assigning specific focus topics and practical study tips to every session.

How to Use the AI Study Planner

  1. Enter your subjects — list them one per line or comma-separated, e.g. "Mathematics, Physics, History".
  2. Set your exam or deadline date — AI calculates how many days you have available and distributes sessions accordingly.
  3. Enter daily study hours — how many hours per day you realistically have available (1–12).
  4. Choose a study style — Balanced (even workload), Intensive (longer sessions, faster coverage), or Light (shorter sessions with more breaks).
  5. Click Create Study Plan — your day-by-day schedule appears with subject, hours, focus topic, and a study tip per session.
  6. Copy the plan — use "Copy Plan" to copy the full schedule to paste into your notes or planner app.

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance can I plan?

Any future date works. Whether your exam is in 3 days or 3 months, AI adapts the schedule to fit your available time.

What is the difference between Intensive and Balanced styles?

Intensive allocates longer blocks to each subject and assumes you can handle demanding sessions — ideal for last-minute cramming. Balanced distributes sessions evenly across all subjects with a sustainable pace. Light creates shorter sessions with room for breaks and review.

Can I add more than three subjects?

Yes. Enter as many subjects as you need, one per line or comma-separated. AI distributes them proportionally across your available days.

Does the plan include weekends?

The AI generates a day-count plan rather than a fixed calendar. You can choose which days to follow sessions on — the plan is a flexible framework rather than a rigid timetable.

Is the Study Planner free?

Yes, completely free with no registration required. Generate as many study plans as you need.
